PIGTRONIX Space Rip

Many of you must have had the chance to see guitar magicians who were able to play with one hand on the guitar fingerboard and the other on the keyboard/synthesizer during their performances. Of course, not every guitarist is going to embark on similar adventures, and the Space Rip ultra-compact analogue synthesizer is for just such a person. It offers dry signal modulation in sawtooth/sawtooth and square/rectangle waveforms and an added bottom octave effect. Thanks to fast tracking, the Space Rip has no problem with fast playing, both in terms of tuning and dynamics. Use the box controls to adjust the modulation speed, synth tuning, dry/wet signal ratio and volume of the second oscillator in the -1 octave. Pressing the Octave button drops the tuning of both oscillators by an octave, i.e. -1 and -2 octaves, which will be appreciated by lovers of properly complex bass soundscapes.

The pedal is wired as a true bypass. A 9V adapter is used for power supply.
