Store locations and a central pickup point

Do you prefer a more personal approach over shopping on-line? In that case, we will be happy to see you in person. You can visit us at two locations in Prague and one in Brno. Our expertly-trained staff will take great care of you in our almost 1,000 m2 of floorspace. Here too, the majority of our personnel are musicians, so can be consulted with confidence when selecting an instrument.

The enormous selection of instruments at each store will guarantee that you will always find what you’re looking for. Additionally, we know that the majority of musical instruments won’t divulge their true characteristics unless they’re played at higher “concert” volumes. For this reason, our stores in Prague and Brno feature sound-proof rooms where you can try out any instrument with any amplifier without feeling like you’re disturbing the peace.

Customer bonus

Our customers earn a bonus for every order. The bonus scheme rewards customers for each purchase made bonuses are redeemed on future purchases. Every item is assigned a specific number of bonus points that the customer earns upon its purchase, regardless of whether they buy on-line or in-person at one of our stores. The customer can then take advantage of their earned bonuses for a future order and pay for up to 50% of the value of their order using this bonus. Sometimes, despite spending hours agonizing over your decision, you may discover that your instrument does not meet your expectations. Music definitely requires perfect harmony between musician and instrument. And because we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your instrument from us, we have extended the return period to 30 days (for orders created in our e-shop).
