If by chance you've found the same product at a lower price, let us know and we will do everything possible to beat that price. The form for requesting a better price is available under the detail of each product, just below the price.

We will even beat the price after you've made your purchase

Retroactive compensation is a service for all Kytary.ie customers who find a lower price after purchasing the product from us. In this case, contact us within 30 days of your purchase at or call 169 941 99.

We will do everything possible to retroactively make up the difference, which will be returned to you in the form of a credit on your next purchase. The credit will be added to your customer account 30 days after the invoice was originally issued on your purchased goods.

If we are not able to beat our competitor's price, you still have the option of returning the goods within the notice period by withdrawing from the purchase agreement.
