The customer BONUS program

Earn a reward for each purchase in the form of a bonus. You can then use this BONUS as a discount on your next purchase.

How it works

The BONUS is credited to your customer account with each purchase. You can apply your accumulated BONUS at any time in the future to reduce the price of you next purchase, with 1 bonus point equalling € 1. For example, if you have collected 100 points in BONUS, you can use it to reduce the price of your order by € 100.

The BONUS can be used to reduce the price of an order by up to 50 %.

When is the BONUS from a purchase credited to my customer account?

You receive the bonus once your order is placed, and you can see the amount of the bonus on the order confirmation. The bonus becomes active and useable after the expiration of the 30-day period for returning goods. The amount of the awarded BONUS is visible in the email confirmation of the order.

Where can I see my total BONUS?

Simply click 'Log In' in the upper right corner of the e-shop and log in to your customer account. Your name will then appear in the same spot. Click on your name and choose My Bonus from the menu. You will see your total bonus, including the orders for which you received a bonus.

How can I apply the BONUS?

You can use your bonus on any order you wish. As soon as you decide to use it, don't forget to log in to your customer account. Once you begin the ordering process, you will be offered the possibility to 'Apply Customer Bonus'. You will immediately see the bonus amount you have available, and you can choose how much you wish to apply to the new order. After clicking 'Change', you will see the adjusted total of your order. The minimum amount of bonus you can use on one order is 1, maximum is 1000. The bonus can be used to reduce the price of an order by up to 50 %.

Why do we provide the BONUS?

The aim of the BONUS is to reward loyal customers. The bonus works as virtual cash the customer earns for each order placed in their name and matched with their customer account. Each product is assigned a specific BONUS (not a fixed amount – can change over time) that the customer receives regardless of whether the purchase is made at one of our stores, online or by phone. If the order is not placed online, the customer must share their customer account number to which the BONUS will be credited with the salesperson. 1 BONUS point = € 1, which can then be used to reduce the price of any future order. If the customer returns the goods or cancels the order, the points are deducted from their account. The current amount of the BONUS appears in the right column of the e-shop after you log in to your customer account. reserves the right to add or substract BONUS points at its own discretion. BONUS points are valid for one year.

A used BONUS point is not refundable.

If a customer uses a BONUS, they will not receive it back if, for example, they return goods.
