The Laney LA-STUDIO is a tube guitar amplifier with all the benefits of digital plug-ins, based on the famous Laney Supergroup guitars from the 1960s. It is primarily a studio amp with a low-power class AB end amp and 3W - 0.5W of power, offering you warm organic tube sounds at volume levels ideal for recording or home practice.
The cutting-edge Two Notes Torpedo technology gives you direct access to six Laney virtual speakers with the ability to create and load your own into the machine and access to Two Notes' DynIR database. The DI output can connect LA-Studio directly to PA systems or recording devices without having to deal with speakers and microphones.
With three ECC83 tubes in the preamp and one 12BH7 tube in the final amp, the LA-STUDIO offers the classic British sound that appealed to Tony Iommi of Black Sabbath in the 1960s in the form of Laney Supergroup machines - so it's no wonder the Laney LA-STUDIO became part of the famous musician's studio gear.
