The SRMS725 bass from Ibanez features a five-piece maple and walnut neck that provides tonal clarity and excellent attack. The Panga Panga wood fingerboard, which features a beautiful wood grain, produces tight bass and mids along with crisp attack in the high frequencies. The okoumé body adds clarity and solidity to the sound. The unique Fishman Fluence pickups, offer the Fluence's multi-voice performance, impressive dynamic range and excellent articulation without excess noise.

The bass features the new Fishman three-band EQ, developed specifically for Ibanez, which includes a midrange control with a centre frequency of 630Hz, delivering a wide range of sonic possibilities for different playing styles. Graph Tech RATIO tuning machines ensure easy, smooth and accurate tuning thanks to their unique mechanism and design. The Bridge MR5S allows for adjustable string spacing of +/- 1.5mm, meeting the specific needs of each bassist. Additionally, the Single Coil Mode switch and Fishman Fluence voice selection switch offer players a wide variety of sounds, from classic, thick and round sounds to full frequency range and dynamics. The multiscale 901.7 - 864mm construction ensures even tension on each string, contributing to a more lively and open tone while improving player comfort with an ergonomic layout that matches the angle of the hand as it moves up and down the neck.
