The HW-103 is clearly inspired by Hiwatt guitars from the 1970s. It features 100W RMS power from the rear amplifier (at 4 ohms impedance), three-band EQ, Amp Level (Master Volume), Preamp (Preamp Gain) control, switchable VariCab speaker emulator with 1x12", 2x12" or 4x12" box simulations, XLR output with XLR output volume control and external speaker output (4/8/16 ohm impedance). The standard Speaker Out output can be used in parallel with the XLR DI output to send a signal to the speaker box and directly to the mixer at the same time.
Foxgear was founded in 2017 as a joint project between Italian boutique brands Baroni and Gurus, whose products are used by many world-famous musicians (David Gilmour, Steve Lukather, Doug Aldrich, Phil X and others).
