FabFilter Twin 3 Upgrade is a discounted price for upgrading from a lower version of FabFilter Twin.
Twin 3 is a virtual synthesizer, featuring the best possible modeling technology for analog-sounding oscillators, award-winning filters and an extensive effects section. Sound creation becomes a real pleasure thanks to a completely redesigned, intuitive interface. This virtual instrument comes with a library of carefully designed, high-quality sound presets that you can use immediately to create.
Twin 3 offers 64-voice polyphony and virtually unlimited modulation possibilities with all the XLFO, EG, XY controllers, envelope followers and MIDI sources you'll ever need. You can even modulate all the built-in effects, which consist of reverb, delay, chorus, phaser/flanger, drive and compressor. The synth offers versatile low/high/band pass, bell, low/high shelf and notch filters, ring modulators for oscillators 1 + 2 and 3 + 4. Compared to the previous version, an arpeggiator has been added with host tempo sync, groove/legato control and options for transpose, note order determination and latch functions.
Along with the instrument you get all the usual FabFilter goodies - perfectly tuned controls, MIDI Learn, Smart Parameter Interpolation for smooth parameter transitions, an extensive tutorial with interactive help, NEON and SSE optimization and much more.
The virtual instrument is available in VST, VST3, AU, AAX formats (works on both 64-bit and legacy 32-bit systems). There is also implemented support for using the power of the graphics core.
