The PF-20T is a lightweight compact bass amplifier from the Portaflex series by the established Ampeg brand. It is a 20-watt full-range amp that you will appreciate in the rehearsal room, at smaller club events and of course in the studio. Its full, harmonically rich sound is at home in a wide range of musical styles, from funk to punk.
The amp's front panel offers a single instrument input and traditional volume, gain and three-band EQ controls. The rear panel provides an output to an external speaker with selectable 8/4 ohm impedance, and balanced line XLR and Preamp XLR outputs to send the signal to an external terminal amp, mixer or recording console. Use the Pre/Post EQ switch on the Preamp output to adjust whether you send forward the clean unmodified signal from the instrument, or the sound modified by the front-panel controls. To complete the list, you need to add the remaining function/ground lift switch and the bass adjustment option.
The power supply of the amplifier is provided by a EURO mains cable.
