DCB transducers use dual ceramic magnets to provide a dynamic and responsive attack that is suitable for all playing styles. These pickups produce developed harmonic tones and singing sustain in the body and progression of the notes.
The uniform magnetic field allows each note to achieve an even dynamic response and greater harmonic content - so no sonic information is lost during string movement. Our proprietary designs take the benefits of these magnets to an even higher level, which gets the highest sound quality out of every instrument.
DCB pickups sound great in both passive instruments and in conjunction with active electronics.
Specifically, the DCB-D2 model measures 32mm x 108mm and works great as a replacement for the Bartolini P2 for five-string basses.
