The Japanese RH3 fully balanced keyboard faithfully mimics a real concert grand piano keyboard, including the stiffness of the keys decreasing from lower to higher registers. Moreover, everything fits into a very compact body of about 26 cm deep, which ensures both pleasant playability and easy transport.
Among the thirty built-in sounds, there are piano, electric piano. strings, organ and other useful sounds for arrangements of various genres. The piano sound uses four different samples to shade the dynamics and goes so far in detail as to simulate the sound of a keyboard being played or the mutual resonance of strings that occurs in the body of acoustic instruments.
On the front panel you'll also find controls for functions like metronome, layer or touch to adjust the dynamics of the keys. There are also built-in brillance, reverb and chorus effects to sharpen the sound. In addition, the optimal effect for each sound is preset from the factory, so you can recall it right away if needed.
On the rear panel you'll find MIDI input and output, so you can use the D1 to control sounds in your DAW or vice versa. A pair of large jacks are used for output. You'll also find a music stand and damper pedal in the package.
