The Concept series of the American brand Jackson represents a kind of superstructure of the Asian series. With fully pro-grade specs and features commonly seen in American custom models, the Concept series electric guitars primarily target players with higher demands.

The Soloist models offer the popular Superstrat body shape. The construction of the SLAT7P HT MS seven-string guitar is composed of ash body wings, a spectacular top made of poplar root and a through-neck made of five pieces of maple and wenge reinforced with graphite bracing. The ebony fingerboard is fitted with twenty-four jumbo-sized frets. The currently popular Multi-scale concept, i.e. fitting the fretboard with diagonally placed frets, gives the instrument a variable menzaura (648 mm - 686 mm) and gives the strings optimum tension. The radius of the fingerboard flattens towards the body - allowing both comfortable riffing at the zero fret and comfortable ultra-fast shredding at higher positions. Position markers made of imitation mother-of-pearl Piranha Tooth and luminescent dots on the side make it easy to navigate the fingerboard surface.

Two Fishman Fluence Modern PRF-MH8 active humbuckers with ceramic (headstock) and Alnico (neck) magnets give the guitar a piercing aggressive dynamic sound. By switching between the two pickup voicings (push/pull tone shutter function), it offers the best of both worlds - the full aggressive push of the active pickups and the dynamics and punch of the passive pickups. Stable tuning and good sustain are guaranteed by the TusQ XL zero-fret string attachment in the Gotoh locking mechanism and the Hipshot 7 solid cob with string anchorage through the body. You'll also appreciate the Dunlop rollers with dual-locking strap buttons.
