The construction of the seven-string Super ST baritone M-7B HT ARCTIC METAL SNOW WHITE SATIN model is composed of an alder body and a narrow three-piece maple neck. Instruments with the M (Mirage) designation are easily identified by the flat top body and pointed headstock with 6-in-line mechanics. Twenty-four Extra Jumbo frets divide the Ebony Macassar fingerboard surface. Good and stable tuning is guaranteed by the longer baritone menorah.
The active EMG 81-7H TW active humbucker provides the guitar sound with the necessary density, fullness and aggressiveness of a humbucker, as well as the punch and articulation of a single-coil thanks to the ability to disconnect the humbucker coils (Push/Pull function of the volume potentiometer). The strings are mounted in the company's locking tuning machines (LTD Locking) and through the Hipshot bridge through the body of the guitar.
ESP has been making electric guitars since 1984 and satisfied customers include Kirk Hammett, James Hetfield, Ronnie Wood and Max Cavalera. Due to the popularity of these instruments, a subsidiary company, LTD, was created to offer popular models in an affordable option. Even in the case of ESP-LTD guitars, however, great emphasis is placed on the quality of workmanship and fitted components.
