Each of the 4 microphone inputs has phantom power for condenser microphones. All inputs are also capable of operating at 64dB gain for silent recording, with the gain on each being separately adjustable. The inputs also have their own limiter and low-cut filter for volume control.
The Dual Recording function is capable of recording a copy of the recorded audio with a lower input level to ensure an undistorted recording. The device works with SD, SDHC and SDXC cards.
Inside we find HDDA (High Definition Discrete Architecture) preamps that take care of the maximum clear sound. The recorder can be powered by four AA batteries with up to 5h of battery life.
