The adhesive will give you a very easy and quick bonding of many types of materials. Good adhesion immediately after the first application, suitable for ceiling bonding. With one pack of this foam you can glue up to 10 square meters of acoustic materials.
Fast setting and highly effective polyurethane adhesive. During application, it produces a low-expansion foam that perfectly fills any unevenness on the surface of the parts to be bonded. Ideal for bonding thermal and acoustic insulation panels made of foam, polystyrene, polyurethane to substrates made of cork, concrete, stone, wood and metal. Many customers are sure to be won over by its favourable price, convenient application method using an application tube and very good initial adhesion. Thus, the foam sticks to the wall at the first application and does not need to be held any longer. For even greater bonding comfort, use SOUDABOND EASY as a refill for the gun. We recommend this option especially when gluing a large number of foams.
Other products you may be interested in are the Universal Contact Adhesive, which is a full competition to Soudabond, but the disadvantage may be the smell during handling and drying.
The content of one pack is 750 ml.
Instructions. Shake the foam container thoroughly before use. Apply a strip of foam around the perimeter of one of the surfaces and a few lines in the middle. Spray the applicator 1 - 2 cm above the surface of the part to be glued. The foam can be glued immediately after application of the foam, but within 8 minutes at the latest. For heavier foams it is recommended to wait 5 - 8 minutes after application, allow the foam to wilt and then apply to the surface to be bonded. Then slide the foam a little so that the foam spreads out, fills the uneven spaces and covers as much of the glued surface as possible.
Just pop the glue into any extrusion gun, and you can immediately start creating the perfect acoustics for your recording studio.
