Armory is the replacement for the very popular Meridian Birch and Meridian Maple series. These are drum kits that can be considered the absolute standard in the mid-range, plus they bring features familiar from the professional Saturn IV series or Panther Concept Kit to this category. These drums have bodies made of maple and birch, with six layers, with a total thickness of 7.2 millimeters. It offers a clear resonant sound. A new feature is the use of SONIClear edges, which puts the membrane in better contact with the drum body, making the sound more natural, colourful and powerful. Also marked in the same way are the new tom handles and floor tom feet, which make these drums resonate without restriction.
Brand new chrome hardware is included (tom holder TH687S 2x, multiclamp AC910 2x). The drum mechanics offer an improved design, factory stretched Remo UT membranes. These kits are available in several configurations to allow really any drummer to choose, and of course in many colors.
This set does not include cymbals.
