The construction of this guitar consists of poplar body wings and a through-molded maple neck reinforced with graphite bracing. This design has a positive effect on the sustain of the instrument. The fig fingerboard is fitted with twenty-four jumbo-sized frets. Its radius flattens towards the body - allowing both comfortable riff playing at the zero fret and comfortable ultra-fast shred in higher positions. Position markers made of imitation Sharkfin pearl make it easy to navigate the fingerboard surface.
Two Duncan Designed HB-103 humbuckers (modeled after the original SD SH-6 Distortion pickups) with ceramic magnets and high output signal give the guitar the juicy sound so needed in metal and rock music. Volume potentiometers, tone controls, and a three-position pickup switch are used for sonic adjustments. The strings are housed in the company's Die-Cast tuning machines and a Floyd Rose Special double-reverse tremolo, which you can use to add impressive sound effects to your playing. Tuning stability with frequent use of the lever is guaranteed by locks on the zero fret.
For several decades now, electric guitars from the American brand Jackson have been appealing mainly to musicians from metal, metal/core, HC or djent bands who prefer a loud sound with a more or less diluted dose of aggression, as evidenced by the list of corporate players.
