The body of the X Series DK3XR M HSS Frostbyte Blue electric guitar is made of nyatoh wood. The bolted maple neck is reinforced with graphite bracing, and the fingerboard surface is divided by twenty-four jumbo-sized frets. The combined radius of the fingerboard flattens towards the body - allowing both comfortable riffing at the zero fret and comfortable ultra-fast shred at higher positions. Playing comfort is also aided by the contoured neck foot, rounded fingerboard edges and Black Sharkfin position markers.
The combination of three proprietary pickups, i.e. a high-output humbucker and two single-coils, gives the guitar a full dynamic sound with awesome sustain as well as the classic Stratocaster sound. The instrument can be used in a wide range of musical genres. Volume potentiometers, tone controls, and a five-position pickup switch are used for sonic adjustments. The strings are mounted in the company's die-cast tuning machines and in a licensed Floyd Rose tremolo, which you can use to add impressive sound effects to your playing. Tuning stability with frequent use of the lever is guaranteed by locks on the zero fret.
For several decades now, electric guitars from the American brand Jackson have been appealing mainly to musicians from metal, metal/core, HC or djent bands who prefer a loud sound with a more or less diluted dose of aggression, as evidenced by the company's list of players.
