The body of the Jim Dandy Parlor Frontier Stain is made of laminated sapele. A nato neck with a pleasing "C" profile is attached to the body at the twelfth fret. Good resonance of the body is supported by the traditional X ribbing, while orientation on the fingerboard surface is facilitated by position dots made of imitation mother-of-pearl. The strings are attached via the zero fret and a compensated synthetic bone saddle in open-gear die-cast mechanics and a walnut headstock. The guitar's stylish look is accentuated by a stained finish on the soundboard, single-ply pickguard and perimeter binding in Aged White, and nickel hardware.
