This vintage-style neck features a nitrocellulose lacquer finish and offers a finish with elements of faux patina, a look proven by hundreds/thousands of hours spent playing and traveling.
The neck and fingerboard are made of maple wood. The medium C neck profile and 9.5" radius, along with 21 medium jumbo frets, provide the playing comfort and all the features you might look for on the original '70s necks.
This neck features the traditional 70's style three-bolt fitting, but only the bottom two holes are pre-prepared, allowing you to use this neck with a wider variety of bodies. You can find grooves on the synthetic bone fretboard to help with precise string spacing during final sanding. Special features on this neck include the original CBS logo and the Bullet-style truss rod, in addition to the period, enlarged headstock.
