JL23-25 69 STRAT NOS MN Faded Aged Shell Pink is a Stratocaster from the Fender Custom Shop. This is an instrument made to the exact same specifications as the original 1960's models, including the NOS (New Old Stock) finish. It is a great choice for all the discerning musicians and connoisseurs who sometimes dream of what it would have been like to go to a shop in the USA in the 1960s and buy a brand new Stratocaster - now you can get just such a guitar in real time.
The guitar's alder body is adorned with a Shell Pink finish in Faded/Aged. The 1969 U profile neck is made of maple. Twenty-one Medium Jumbo (6150) frets divide the fingerboard surface. Matching Strat tone and feel are provided by three single-coil 69 Strat pickups. Adjust the character of the sound using the volume potentiometers, tone shutter and five-position pickup switch.
The strings are anchored by Schaller tuning machines and a synchronized Strat tremolo via a bone fret. The styling is accentuated by a 63-76 Strat GBG Nitro pickguard and gold-finished hardware.
The guitar comes in a case with a certificate of authenticity.
