Super ST models E-II HORIZON-3 are distinguished from ordinary types by the contrast of the extended beveled upper and shortened lower corners of the body of the instrument. The construction of the E-II HORIZON-3/FM/FR/STBLKSB consists of mahogany body wings, a three-piece maple neck and a fancy flamed maple top. Twenty-four Extra Jumbo frets divide the ebony fingerboard surface. Orientation around the fingerboard surface is facilitated by offset position markers and an ESP inlay on the twelfth fret.
Two Seymour Duncan passive humbuckers provide the instrument's sound with the necessary fullness, dynamics and precise articulation for singing solos or chord breakdowns, while also providing density and aggression for ultra-fast guitar shred and sharply chiseled rock and metal riffs. As a result, the instrument can be used in a wide range of musical genres - from metal to fusion. Controls in the form of volume potentiometers, tone shutter and a three-position pickup switch offer complete control over the sound of the pickups.
The strings are housed in high-quality Gotoh locking tuners and the original Floyd Rose tremolo, which you can use to add impressive sound effects to your playing.
The guitar comes in a case.
ESP has been making electric guitars since 1984 and count Kirk Hammett, James Hetfield, Ronnie Wood and Max Cavalera among its satisfied customers.
