The Electro-Voice ZLX 15P G2 is a 1000W active 15" speaker with an internal DSP unit and Bluetooth wireless technology for streaming audio and complete remote control.
The new generation ZLX-G2 forms Electro-Voice's line of professional and best-selling speakers, setting a new standard for performance and features in its class. The ZLX-G2 is a leader in acoustic performance, and also impresses with its extended frequency range or Electro-Voice's patented Signal Synchronized Transducers (SST) technology - a specific design that provides better bass response despite its subtler dimensions and more even coverage across the frequency spectrum.
The ZLX-G2 speakers feature DYNACORD 's high-end amplifiers and an internal DSP unit that handles the digital mix, FX unit, EQ, Auto Feedback Suppression (AFS) filter and ducking function. The loudspeaker features two input channels that comprise combined XLR/Jack 6.3 mm TRS connectors, including +24 V phantom power for condenser microphones and compatibility with high-impedance sources (Hi-Z).
Stereo audio streaming via Bluetooth is also available, as well as remote control for true wireless setup using the Electro-Voice QuickSmart Mobile app. The app allows you to pair and group up to six speakers in any combination and allows you to control not only the mix, but all other speaker functions. A new and larger full-color LCD display with a simple single knob and button interface leads to quick setup and control by the user.
The ZLX-G2 speakers include a specific preset for interaction with Electro-Voice subwoofers that adjusts both the gain and timing of the drivers. The result is complete acoustic optimization. Additional high-pass filters (HPF) are also available in the DSP for increased compatibility.
A range of accessories are also available within the ZLX-G2 series, such as padded carrying cases, Ubracket mounts for mounting 12" and 15" models, and universal wall-mount brackets compatible with all models.
