Now Electro-Voice is raising the bar a little higher again with the new EVERSE 12 series. A larger and louder 12" dual-band option for users looking for more powerful sound along with the best-in-class battery performance and wireless connectivity features that have made the EVERSE series so successful.

The EVERSE 12 features professional-level specifications and adds an attractive price tag. With a maximum SPL of 126 dB, deep low frequency response from 45 Hz thanks to the 12" woofer, and wide coverage (100º x 60º) with a high-performance titanium diaphragm compression driver, it delivers truly impressive performance. It is ideal for DJs, musicians, events and specialist sound equipment hire. Everse is a portable, powerful speaker suitable for a variety of scenarios, offering characteristically clear, professional-grade sound. The internal lithium-ion battery provides over 12 hours of operation at 100dB or over 6 hours at maximum output. The weather-resistant design, true wireless stereo, and control via the QuickSmart Mobile app all contribute to making the EVERSE 12 stand out indoors or outdoors at any event.

The EVERSE 12's woofer and compression driver are coupled with a patented ported SST (Signal Synchronized Transducers) waveguide that enhances low frequency extension and provides even vertical and horizontal coverage of higher frequencies - all in a significantly smaller cabinet footprint. The components used benefit from a collaboration with Dynacord and use a high-efficiency 400W Class-D amplifier and a DSP module also developed by the sibling brand. Professional features include a four-channel digital mixer, studio-quality effects, preset modes, phantom power, feedback suppression or audio ducking.

The EV QuickSmart Mobile app streamlines wireless control of the EVERSE 12 system and allows you to set up audio, effects and mix functions via your phone or tablet. Up to six speakers can be paired with true wireless stereo streaming via Bluetooth®. Local configuration is fast thanks to and intuitive with the physical encoder. An integrated 12V DC port powers wireless microphone systems and a USB-C charging port is available for mobile devices. Connectivity includes 4 input channels comprising two XLR/jack 6.3 mm combo connectors suitable for microphone and line sources and one jack 3.5 mm stereo connector. There is a Jack 6.3 mm TRS input for a footswitch to control dedicated functions.

The EVERSE 12 is precision engineered for easy transport while living up to Electro-Voice's reputation for durability and reliability. Featuring a soft grip handle and lightweight construction, it easily mounts to a tripod or serves as a stage monitor. Combined with a durable polypropylene input terminal cover, the speaker box achieves IP43 (splash and light rain resistant). A complete rain cover and carrying case further enhance protection against the weather as well as during transport. Stability is ensured by built-in feet with non-slip rubber pads.
