The PowerMate compact mixers with integrated power amplifier are built on a wealth of know-how based on years of research, development and interaction with end customers in the professional audio market.
At least six dedicated audio devices are implemented in one compact PowerMate design: a mixing console, two effects units, a graphic equalizer, a USB audio interface and a terminal amplifier. Each of the components is of the highest quality level you would expect when purchasing a standalone device. The PowerMate is a truly versatile solution for almost any audio application.
The main mixing section consists of 16 discrete microphone preamps with the lowest noise and phantom power capability (activation is virtually split for 3 channel groups). The 3-band channel EQ features tunable midrange frequencies within the first six channels. Six auxiliary buses (FX1, FX2, AUX1, AUX2, MON1, MON2) two of which are switchable pre/post faders, allow high flexibility when monitoring and using external effects. Two internal effects processors offer 100 factory presets, including the now legendary PowerMate reverbs. The TAP button allows you to set the exact synchronization of the effect with the tempo of the song. In addition, each preset can be edited and stored in 20 user memories.
The built-in USB audio interface shares 4 channels for playback and 4 channels for recording simultaneously. Connectivity is possible with PC or Mac computers, and includes studio standard 24-bit/96 kHz resolution. The classic MIDI interface allows for further integration, such as keyboard instruments. A license for Steinberg Cubase software is included. The eleven-band stereo graphic equalizer can be flexibly routed to master or monitor channels.
The end amplifier is extremely efficient and delivers 2 x 1000 W RMS at a 4 Ohm load. It is also very lightweight thanks to its advanced switching power supply technology and Class D end stage. Integrated speaker protection allows you to limit long-term power output without a drop in dynamics.
The PowerMate features a sturdy shipping enclosure with a plastic lid and integrated handle for easy transport.
