The Boss SDE-3000-EVH delivers the stereo delay sound of Eddie Van Halen in the form of a modern pedal effect. It is a dual delay effect inspired by the legendary 1983 Roland SDE-3000 rack-multi-effect processor with independent drivers/parameters, flexible signal routing and expanded I/O options for maximum compatibility with today's guitar rigs.
The SDE-3000-EVH features a classic EVH design, eight EVH presets created to match the exact settings of two SDE-3000 delays from Eddie Van Halen's concert rigs (EVH presets are internally locked, output volume can be adjusted), delay time in two settings (0-1500 ms and 0-3000 ms), modulation inspired by the original 1980s circuit, phase switches for primary delay and delay feedback, wide EQ delay signal adjustment options, versatile connectivity for creating wet/dry/wet EVH rigs, and integration with mono/stereo rigs, Optional serial or parallel effects connections, an effects loop for connecting an additional pedal effect or wiring using the four-cable method, an adjustable noise suppressor for noise suppression, recall of up to 100 presets/memories, a dedicated footswitch for controlling functions such as tap tempo, hold and more, two jack jacks for connecting external footswitches, expression pedals or the GA-FC/GA-FC EX controller, and mini TRS jacks for MIDI integration.
The included adapter is used to power the Boss SDE-3000-EVH. Three ground lift cables are included to eliminate noise when connecting the SDE-3000-EVH to multiple instruments.
