The Behringer Deepmind-12 is a twelve-voice polyphonic analogue synthesizer suitable for music producers and musicians looking for a versatile instrument with high sound quality for their live performances or studio sessions. The Deepmind-12 keeps the retro style you see in synthesizers from the 1980s. The sturdy black plastic construction complemented by wooden sides is simply a design classic that never disappoints. For your playing, you'll have 49 ultra-sensitive semi-weighted keys with aftertouch for great dynamics and feel.
Intuitive control panel like an Airbus dashboard
The Deepmind-12 control panel consists of two Pitch/Mod wheels, LED backlit buttons and 26 movable faders for detailed filter settings. A clear LCD display with navigation buttons and a data slider then provides you with a convenient setup. The control panel is divided into nine sections according to filters and effects for better orientation.
And what it can do...
Each voice features an independent LFO and Unison mode. The keyboard also offers extensive Matrix 8-bus modulation, 4 integrated digital effect units with over 30 types of effects. You'll also find Hard-wire bypass, Arpeggiator and a 32-track sequencer with gate-time control, Two oscillators, up to 12-voice polyphony, VCF/VCA/HPF filters and last but not least Envelope filters for adjusting harmonies and tone progression curves. You can store your sounds in up to 256 presets or use 1024 memory patch locations in eight banks with a capacity of up to 128 sounds.
Flexible connectivity is essential
The rear panel lets you connect a Sustain pedal, Pedal/CV, headphones for close monitoring or external devices to the Deepmind-12 via MIDI In/Out/Thru connectors. You can then connect the synth to a combo or interface via the stereo jack output, and you can also use the MIDI USB port to connect to a PC.
