ALPHATHETA WAVE-EIGHT

The AlphaTheta WAVE-EIGHT is an active portable speaker with internal battery and innovative SonicLink wireless, latency-free technology suitable for DJing without cables and without sound delay.

The new SonicLink ultra-low latency technology wirelessly transmits sound much faster than Bluetooth connections so that only a fraction of a second passes between pressing the play button on the deck and listening to the track on the speakers, allowing you to mix without annoying latency. Take the included transmitter out of the WAVE-EIGHT speaker storage compartment, connect it to your DJ equipment and you can instantly create a wireless connection that lets you host a DJ production anywhere you want. When you combine the WAVE-EIGHT with the new OMNIS-DUO all-in-one battery-powered portable DJ system, you can play completely cable-free for total freedom.

The loudspeaker consists of a 110W Class D amplifier, a newly developed 8" woofer with Vortex Bass Accelerator port and a 1" high frequency silk transducer. To cover larger events and venues, you can easily add additional units to the lineup with SonicLink connectivity to convey an advanced stereo experience or add a third box in subwoofer mode for a club sound with powerful bass. There are multiple modes you can switch between with a single switch to create the type of sound you need, including Mono, Stereo and Subwoofer.

On a full battery charge, the WAVE-EIGHT will keep you playing for 8 hours, so you can keep producing well into the night. The device is also waterproof, with an IPX4 rating, making it ideal for outdoor use. And if you need to charge your phone or other device, you can connect it to a USB Type-C port.

Thanks to the extendable handle, wheels and additional handles, you can easily transport the WAVE-EIGHT speaker to any location. There is also a built-in tripod socket.
