The alder body with flat top in single-cut ESP Eclipse design is decorated with matte black lacquer and black trim. The through neck is made of three pieces of maple, the ebony fingerboard surface is divided by twenty-four Extra Jumbo stainless steel frets. Orientation on the fingerboard is facilitated by mother-of-pearl position dots and luminescent dots on the side.
Two active EMG "direct-mount" humbuckers with black chrome covers provide the instrument's sound with the necessary fullness and precise articulation for singing solos or chord breakdowns, as well as density and aggression for ultra-fast guitar shred and sharply chiseled rock and metal riffs. The strings are housed in Grover tuning machines and a Floyd Rose 1000 SE tremolo to add impressive sound effects to your playing. Locks on the zero fret ensure maximum tuning stability even with frequent use of the lever. The stylish look is accentuated by black hardware.
The guitar is supplied in a case.
ESP has been manufacturing electric guitars since 1984 and its satisfied customers include Kirk Hammett, James Hetfield, Ronnie Wood and Max Cavalera. Due to the popularity of these instruments, a subsidiary company, LTD, has been formed to offer popular models in more affordable designs.
