The body of the guitar is made of alder. The bolt-on maple neck with original George Lynch "U" profile is glued to a macassar ebony fingerboard fitted with twenty-two Extra Jumbo stainless steel frets.
A Seymour Duncan Distortion humbucker and ESP SS-120 single-coil neck provide the guitar with a terrific dynamic sound and a wide range of tonal colors, so the guitar can be used in an equally rich variety of musical styles. The volume knob also functions as a push/pull pickup switch. The strings are mounted in the company's tuning machines and in the Floyd Rose 1000 SE tremolo, with the help of which you can diversify your playing with impressive sound effects. Locks on the zero fret ensure maximum tuning stability even with frequent use of the lever.
The guitar comes in a case.
ESP has been manufacturing electric guitars since 1984 and its satisfied customers include Kirk Hammett, James Hetfield, Ronnie Wood and Max Cavalera. Due to the popularity of these instruments, a subsidiary company, LTD, has been formed to offer popular models in more affordable designs.
