The IC420-ABM electric guitar expands the range of Ibanez Iceman designs. The body of the guitar is made of okoumé. The three-piece okoumé neck is glued to a jatoba fingerboard with twenty-two Medium-sized frets. Position blocks made of imitation mother-of-pearl and abalone facilitate orientation on the fingerboard surface.
Two passive Super 58 humbuckers with a milder output and 'Flying Finger' engraving on their covers offer a clean, clear tone that is versatile in a variety of styles - classic rock and jazz. The character of the sound can be adjusted with separate volume and tone controls and a three-position pickup switch. Tuning stability and easy string changes are ensured by fitting in the company's tuning machines and through the Gibraltar Performer bridge in the Quik Change III string. The stylish workmanship is accentuated by the white body surround and gold hardware.
The guitar comes in a gig bag.
