Flight's Princess Series features semi-massive acoustic and electro-acoustic ukulele models with a number of interesting design features. Iris models come in a stylish gig bag with 15mm of padding.
The body of the IRIS RD ukulele in Concert size is made of solid spruce front and laminated mahogany back and sides. The combination of spruce and mahogany gives the instrument a balanced balance of sonic clarity and warmth. A rosewood fingerboard with nineteen frets is glued to the okoumé neck. The strings are mounted in Der Jung mechanics and rosewood fingerboard over the saddle and bone fretboard. The stylish workmanship is accentuated by a spectacular pickguard, ivory perimeter binding and imitation mother-of-pearl rosette.
