Basic controls determine the amount of delay signal modulation (Colour), delayed signal volume (Mix), number of repeats (Repeats), delayed signal EQ (Tone) and delay time (Edit). BCC The Difference Engine is available with 100 pre-recorded presets of which 50 were created by famous musicians (Tony Iommi, Lari Basilio, Tom Quayle, Martin Miller, Billy Duffy, Alex Hutchings, Vernon Reid...). Without thinking too long, you can start experimenting with individual patches, using the Edit knob or (in the Preset operating mode) footswitches to scroll through the preset database. In Live mode, footswitches are used to activate the pedal and set the tap tempo and freeze functions.
You can use the Laney BCC The Difference Engine with electric guitars, basses and keyboards. In terms of interfacing, it offers optional mono/stereo connections, an expression pedal input (parameter control) and control via MIDI I/O. Many will appreciate the flexible signal routing (Mono, Stereo, XFB, Ping Pong, Wet/Dry). A 9V adapter is required to power the pedal (not included).
The BBC (Black Country Customs) range from British brand Laney features guitar pedal effects made in the UK from quality components and materials. Each pedal in the series offers the optimum amount of sonic spice to enhance and embellish the sound and performance of your guitar's pickups and pickups.
