Fender's Hammertone Overdrive guitar effect can easily become an important part of your guitar sound - whether you need to add a little warmth and character to a clean tone or push your instrument's melded sound into full distortion/distortion. The classic controls (Tone, Level, Gain) are complemented by a Pre-Mid Boost potentiometer to add more mids before the gain stage for an easier way to stand out in a band mix, and an internal trimmer to tame sharp highs (single-coil pickups or very "bright" machines).
Aluminum chassis and metal hardware guarantee good durability and resistance of the guitar effect to all the rigors of travel. The box is wired as true bypass, a 9V adapter is required for power supply, battery power is not available.
