The body of the Q52 is made of nyatoh wood. A three-piece neck made of heat-treated (or if you prefer, baked) maple and exotic bubinga is glued to a fingerboard made of grafted maple (also heat-treated) fitted with twenty-four Jescar EVO Gold frets. Orientation around the fingerboard surface is facilitated by pearl position and side luminescent dots.
Two Q58 humbuckers developed specifically for the needs of headless guitars give the instrument a clearly defined sound balanced across the entire frequency spectrum. The dyna-MIX 10 pickup switching system (a five-position blade switch and a two-position alter switch) offers ten different pickup connection options, where you can easily switch between humbucker and single-coil pickup sounds in standard and power tap modes.
The strings are anchored in a one-piece String Lock mechanism for easy and quick string changes and separate Mono-Tune pickups.
The guitar comes in a gig bag.
Guitars with the Standard designation are the basic line of Ibanez guitars. These are affordable instruments that appeal to beginners and experienced players alike with their quality craftsmanship, sound and playability.
