The OBJ750-MA is a five-string banjo with a resonator made of figured maple. It features a three-piece solid maple body, a maple neck, a rosewood fingerboard with twenty-two frets, and a chrome-plated armrest. The Remo membrane is attached to the brass tone ring using a tensioning system (twenty-four hooks, a steel pressure ring and a one-piece intermediate ring). Tradition lovers will be pleased with the attachment of the strings in the chrome-plated stringers and Planetary (Geared) tuning mechanisms, which look like classic Friction type mechanisms, but provide more stable and accurate tuning. The nice workmanship is accentuated by decorative position markers on the imitation mother-of-pearl fingerboard.
The banjo comes in a high quality packaging (deluxe banjo bag).
