ALLEN&HEATH Qu-Pac

The Allen & Heath Qu-Pac is a digital mixing console whose main strengths are its compact size and the ability to be controlled remotely with an iPad. All functions can also be controlled via a clear touchscreen control panel.

The console offers 16 microphone inputs, 3 stereo inputs and 10 aux outputs for monitoring (4x mono, 3x stereo). All console parameters (4-band EQ, volume, effects, HPF, phase rotation, etc.) can be controlled using the Qu-Pad app. In addition, up to seven band members can use their own phone (Android, iPhone) to control personal monitoring with the Qu-You app without burdening the sound engineer. The latest Qu-Control app offers simplified control of the main parameters, making the console easy for anyone to operate, even without proper training.

The sound can be enhanced with the ILIVE FX effects suite (reverbs, modulation, delay, etc.) and for ease of use, it also includes a collection of equalization presets for the most popular microphone types, vocals, guitars, drums, brass and other instruments. These presets were created by the microphone manufacturers themselves - Sennheiser, Shure and Audio-Technica.

All Qu Series consoles have a built-in multi-track recorder that allows you to record (or play) a performance directly to USB. Of course, you can also record directly to a computer using the USB port.

The dSnake connector allows the console to be expanded with additional inputs.
