The C555 L is a powerful, headset condenser microphone that can be placed on both the right and left side of the face. It has a cardioid characteristic, so it isolates ambient noise well.
The microphone is protected by a waterproof shield to prevent damage from excessive moisture caused by, for example, sweat or breathing.
A special holder reduces sounds caused by body movement to a minimum, and a small gooseneck microphone stand ensures a firm position in front of the mouth.
Thanks to the mini XLR connector, it is compatible with AKG handheld transmitters from the WMS series, the B29 battery pack or the MPA VL power adapter.
