The CE24 series of electric guitars from PRS are instruments that differ from most other models of this company by their construction with a bolt-on maple neck. With the SE CE24 series, PRS CE electric guitars are available to a wider range of buyers.
The mahogany body of the limited edition SE CE 24 LTD Sandblasted RD electric guitar is adorned with an ash top with wood grain accentuated by a sandblasted finish. The Shallow Violin carve brings the instrument's playing quality closer to the more expensive American Core series models. A maple neck with Wide Thin profile is glued to a rosewood fingerboard fitted with twenty-four frets. Position markers in the form of mother-of-pearl bird silhouettes facilitate orientation on the fingerboard.
A pair of the company's signature humbuckers give the guitar a clean sound with punchy mids. Its character can be adjusted with the volume and tone shutter potentiometers, and thanks to the push/pull (coil-split) tone shutter function, the guitar will also give you the pure sound of single-coil pickups. The strings are seated in a factory tremolo, and tuning stability is guaranteed by high-quality PRS drives. The guitar comes in a gig bag.
