The construction of the Jackson Pro Plus Series Soloist SL2 Bruised Crackle guitar consists of an ergonomically shaped okoumé body and a through-neck made of three pieces of maple and walnut reinforced with graphite bracing. This design has a positive effect on the sustain of the instrument. The ebony fingerboard is fitted with twenty-four jumbo stainless steel frets. The combined radius of the fingerboard allows for both comfortable riff playing at the zero fret and comfortable ultra-fast shred in higher positions. Position markers made of imitation mother-of-pearl (piranha tooth) and luminescent dots on the side make it easy to find your way around the fingerboard, ensuring perfect visibility even in the darkest areas of the stage.

Two Seymour Duncan Distortion humbuckers (trembuckers in the tailpiece position) with ceramic magnets and high output signal provide the instrument's sound with the necessary fullness, dynamics and precise articulation for vocal solos or chord breakdowns, while also providing density and aggression for ultra-fast guitar shred and sharply chiseled rock and metal riffs. Adjust the character of the sound using the volume and tone potentiometers and the five-position pickup switch, which offers split-coil configurations at positions 2 and 4, i.e. the sound of only the inner or outer coils of the pickups.

The strings are housed in the company's tuning machines and a recessed Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo. The stylish finish is accentuated by a flashy Bruised Crackle colour scheme and black hardware. The guitar comes in a gig bag.
