The Newporter Player electroacoustic guitar belongs to the California series of the American brand Fender. These instruments are characterized by a combination of the features of acoustic guitars and electric guitars of the Stratocaster/Telecaster type.

The Newporter Player Natural offers a body in the size of the Auditorium models, consisting of a solid Sitka spruce soundboard and a laminated sapele back and sides. Thus, the guitar's services will be equally appreciated by songwriters playing fingerstyle and pick technique. Glued to the nato wood neck with its narrower easy-to-play "Slim C" profile is a walnut fingerboard fitted with twenty frets, orientation across its surface facilitated by position dots.

True amplification of the natural acoustic sound is guaranteed by a Fishman Flex preamp with Volume and Tone controls in the back of the guitar. The strings are mounted in Graphtech NuBone material across the zero and saddle frets in the company's 6-in-line electric guitar design and Modern Viking headstock. The stylish finish is accentuated by the Aged White body binding, gold-finished pickguard and nickel hardware.
