The body of the instrument is made of mahogany. A thin finish in the form of a nitrocellulose lacquer allows the wood to breathe and improves the sound quality of the instrument. A rosewood fingerboard with twenty-two medium jumbo frets is glued to the mahogany neck with a period authentic rounded Vintage 50s profile. Positioning on its surface is facilitated by imitation mother-of-pearl dots.
The sound of the instrument is taken care of by two P-90 pickups, which provide the guitar with a wide range of tones with a characteristic Gibson imprint - from crystal clear to full on singing rock crunch. Two volume potentiometers, tone controls and a three-position pickup switch are used to adjust the sound. Stable tuning is ensured by the string attachment in the Vintage Deluxe's solid bridge and tuning machines. The stylish design is accentuated by nickel hardware and a black five-ply pickguard.
The guitar comes in a case with a set of accessories.
