The Eris E7 XT is a new and improved update to this popular classic. Deeper bass and a wider, more controlled sweet spot (thanks to a newly designed elliptical waveguide) mean our best-selling studio monitors are now even better.



Even deeper bass

The well-known Kevlar woven composite low-frequency drivers still deliver Erisy's signature tight, clean and punchy bass that can kick. However, the Eris E7 XT studio monitors feature a longer overall bassreflex than their predecessor, allowing them to play stunning deep tones down to 35 Hz. That's 10 Hz lower than previous models - so you won't need a subwoofer.



Studio speakers with an even wider sweet spot

We've equipped the Eris XT studio monitors with a new elliptical waveguide designed by none other than WorxAudio's Hugh Sarvis, the man behind our highly acclaimed CDL Series speakers and popular R-Series monitors. And the result? Great treble response and a horizontal beam angle of more than 100 degrees, providing a very wide sweet spot. This is especially ideal if you need to collaborate during mixing and listen to a recording with a large group of people. What's more - the narrower vertical beam angle also reduces reflections from the desk or mixing desk, which otherwise often distort the presentation of the treble. The silk-diaphragm tweeters used ensure a snappy and faithful transient presentation.

That's why every one of our studio monitors is equipped with controls that can always be used to set the most balanced frequency response for your particular environment. Acoustic Tuning controls allow you to configure the Eris E7 XT monitors in your room perfectly. There's a Low-cut along with Mid and High controls, as well as a three-position Acoustic Space switch that lets you easily compensate for frequency deficiencies created by placing the monitors close to walls or in the corner of a room.



Connecting studio monitors

"Feeding" your Eris E7 XT monitors with a signal from a sound card, or an analogue or digital mixing console, monitor controller or any other line source is very easy. The Eris E7 XT monitors are equipped with XLR and TRS symmetrical line inputs as well as RCA unbalanced connectors. So you can easily connect your Eris monitors to literally anything.
