The body of the V1003BB is composed of two pieces of solid mahogany and a maple top. The mahogany neck with a pleasant "Soft C" profile is glued to a fingerboard made of Lignum Rosa (laminated wood), a composite material with the properties and appearance similar to rosewood, fitted with twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets. Orientation on its surface is facilitated by position blocks made of imitation mother-of-pearl.
Three Wilkinson humbuckers provide the guitar with the necessary sonic drive, as well as a relatively wide sonic arsenal. The character of the sound can be shaped with two volume controls, two tone controls and a three-position pickup switch. So you can tailor the settings to your exact needs - whether you prefer a more driving rock sound or a more warm blues or jazz sound.
The strings are anchored via a Graphtech NuBone zero fret in Wilkinson tuning machines and Tune-O-Matic headstock and stringers.
At a very attractive price, Vintage's electric guitars offer excellent workmanship and performance that you would find in much more expensive models. These instruments play really well and won't disappoint you with their looks either. They are a great choice for beginner players, but advanced guitarists will appreciate them as well thanks to their sound and playing comfort.
