The body of the RGA42FM-TGF is made of meranti and a spectacular veneer of flamed maple. Glued to the fast maple neck with Wizard III profile is a fingerboard made of jatoba, a wood also known as Brazilian cherry, fitted with twenty-four jumbo-sized frets. White offset position dots make it easy to navigate the fingerboard surface.
Two passive Quantum corporate humbuckers with ceramic magnets give the guitar a balanced sound with a fast bass response and punchy mids, which you'll appreciate when riffing faster. Standard adjustments include volume potentiometers, tone shutters and a five-position pickup switch that offers, in addition to the usual configurations, a parallel neck humbucker in position 2 and the sound of the inner coils of both pickups in position 4, i.e. single-coil character.
The guitar's stylish design is accentuated by the impressive Transparent Gray Flat body colour scheme and black hardware.
