Analog synthesizers are still very popular. MoogMusic has always been a major innovator of these instruments. The synthesizer has classic modulation functions, sound generating oscillators and some unique features including settings storage. The big advantage is the specific and unmistakable "thick" sound.
A very interesting feature is the so-called "Paraphonic or Duo Mode", where oscillators 1 and 2 are independent of each other. You also have two modulation buses with variable routing, presets, dynamic keyboard with aftertouch. Each audio source passes through a mixer section where you can adjust the level of the external audio input and feedback.
For registered users there is a free editing software - Sub 25 Editor, which is compatible with all major plugin formats and allows easy integration of the synth with a DAW and automation of all parameters.
