The limited edition Authentic Hendrix ´69 Psych series extends the Dunlop "Hendrix" pedals. It is an ultra-compact pedal with a chassis decorated with psychedelic graphic motifs from the British design studio ILOVEDUST.
During 1969 and 1970, Jimi Hendrix used the mysterious red Fuzz Face Distortion pedal, which sounded different from all available fuzz effects at the time (much more aggressive). It is this specific sound that the Hendrix Band Of Gypsys Fuzz Mini box offers, with a modified circuit from the Octavio pedal (without the added octave effect). The classic analog tone can be shaped with the standard Output, Fuzz and Tone controls.
The box works in true bypass mode. All electronics are housed in a small, but durable, metal chassis. The included 9V adapter is used to power the effect.
