Choose between rich polyphonic sounds, bright leads and punchy drum sets. If you want to head from the club floor to the waters of ethnic music, reach for a kalimba or a kokyu. The producers haven't forgotten the spectacular sound effects you know from trailers and commercials.
There are also the time-honoured sounds of classical and electric pianos or percussion. Newly added is the precisely sampled sound of the concert grand piano and upright piano. There are three electric pianos in the Korme EX. Their quality is evidenced, for example, by the use of eight dynamic sensitivities and the data size of each type, which is unmatched by a conventional PCM synthesizer. In addition, you can spice up the resulting sound with simulations of instruments, cabinets and classical effects.
The drum section hides 48 kits and over 2500 samples. For example, you can adjust the ratio between clean and surround sound, giving your drum parts a very natural expression. You can also rely on grooves recorded by professional drummers as well as 600 preset parts.
All parts are tamed by a dual arpeggiator (two can play simultaneously) and a 16-track sequencer. This makes it easy to sketch ideas (for example, using the Auto Song Setup function) or create complex arrangements.
The Krome EX 61 and 73 models feature a semi-weighted keyboard, while the Kroome EX 88 model offers a Natural Weighted Hammer Action.
