There are 16 XLR jacks + 6 more line inputs and outputs. There are two headphone jacks and a talkback section that can be used to communicate with musicians via the built-in or external microphone.
The USB 2.0 sound card offers 32 channels of input and output, so you can easily record the entire performance directly into your computer's DAW. Plus, the console supports HUI and Mackie Control protocols, so you can easily use it to control your DAW.
The signal can be routed to a master LCR directive, six matrix buses, sixteen mix buses with inserts, eight DCAs and six mute groups. A six-band parametric equalizer is available for color tuning.
The Mixpult also contains a wealth of equipment for dynamic and other signal processing - the virtual rack has slots for eight stereo effects, including high-end emulations of the Lexicon 480L, PCM70, EMT250 or Quantec QRS.
Other features of note include advanced scene management, AES50 ports for digital stagebox connection, USB Type-A connector, ULTRANET connectivity for connecting a Behringer P-16 wireless monitoring system, AES/EBU and MIDI connectivity, expansion card slots and firmware update capability.
