The Pioneer XDJ-700 features a wide touchscreen display, a traditional control layout and a number of features adopted from its bigger brother, the XDJ-1000. It comes with Rekordbox software.
The seven-inch, touchscreen display is divided into three segments, so all the functions you need are immediately available. Searching for songs is made much easier by the ability to call up the QWERTY keyboard directly on the display.
For a smooth mix, Hot cue and Hot loop functions are available with quantization to the Rekordbox grid, and you can compare up to four decks in the Rekordbox at once.
For smooth effects, there's a Slip mode that will leave the track playing muted in the background when scratching or looping, and will be back in place when the disc is played.
The XDJ-700 allows up to four drives to be interlinked via a LAN connector, and mobile devices with iOS or Android can be connected via USB.
